1000% I concur and agree. Also making a kid look an idiot and harm his reputaion by any act should also not be allowed. Innitiations can be turned into fun and competing events but generally it leads to establising a pecking order by humiliation of and bullying specific kids. The mental impact can do such kid tremendous harm and in the past have forced parents to move their kid to another school or relocation.
Therefore I am totally against any un-supervised and pre-planned initiations.
