It has very little to do with the safety aspect of the Adam and more to do with pure luck. At a good angle the truck would have crushed it and she wouldn't have survived.

Two acquaintances of mine who were in car crashes were both robbed of their possessions, one was lying dead in the road as the off duty paramedics emptied his pockets and walked over to the casino to drink the money out.

In all fairness, our Wizard has rather mystical ways of posting, getting him balled at a lot.

But I suspect here he is referring to, is this is the real South Africa. People caring about people. People should not stooping to the racial politics the likes of the ANC and their ilk when in trouble.

The reality is ordinary South Africans do some amazing stuff, have great compassion, regardless of race/gender/politics when out in real life.
