I love Woolies Foods but their clothes are imports from China and not always of great quality.

Pity their app is crap ... search doesn't work, categorised items are all over the show. They really should get the Sixty 60 devs in to redo their app

The Dash App and overall experience is so crap, if their food wasn't such good quality, I would never use them.

The only thing driving the demand is their brand awareness, not the digital experience.

Woolworths Dash online food shopping app sees big growth

Woolies Dash has seen solid 20-week growth, with Woolworths’ online food sales increasing by 26% and contributing 3.6% of South African sales.

This is according to Woolworths’ trading update for the period between 26 June and 13 November 2022.
Search for "rice" on their app, and see what you get. in fact, search for ANYTHING ...

3.6% is exceptionally high, perhaps this is a sign that overall sales have gone down.

(Time to read the article and see if my theory has some weight)

Edit: it's not

There clothes are very kak for what they charge. For casual stuff (shorts, swimwear, tshirts etc) PNP is quite decent and a lot cheaper.

(What's the even more expensive brand of clothing at WW called again - has it's own section in some stores?)
