Woosh advertising complaints in NZ

For those who don't know, Woosh provides the same IP Wireless technology in New Zealand. It lost a complaint about its advertising of "unlimited usage" (the fine print says subject to acceptable limits):

The complaint in SA should not revolve about what is or is not "broadband". It should be about "high speed" (as in "High speed. Portable. Always on").

Gotta agree with BB - Sentech appears to be trying to confuse ASA with a long list of definitions and technicalities whilst trying to dodge the fact that the "High Speed" they advertise is not in evidence.

can someone who has laid an official complaint with our ASA forward them this document....
