Yeah very happy. Haven’t done anything too hectic with it yet but from my use so far it works perfect. Battery is amazing and device is light and built really well.
I see they didn't drop the price for Friday of Color. So, well done, on that.

What do you think accounts for the relatively discounted price overall, for that machine? The only thing I can think of is (relatively-unknown)brand name. Any idea?

Also, you said you already had a hdd. What do I shop for, if I'm looking to save on an nvme ssd? I'm asking you because your hdd is apparently a fit for the machine, and not sold with the machine.

I've decided on one of these laptops as a replacement for my Ideapad, but sadly Wootware seems out of stock, possibly due to the major shortages faced from Eastern markets.

I've mailed them and also asked if they are planning on bringing in any Ryzen 5xxx models when they are available.

I'll keep this thread updated with any news received. Even the Metal II with the 4800H will be a massive improvement over my 2500U-based Lenovo, but if I can wait a couple of months for the newer chipset then I may sit on my hands long enough to wait it out.
