btw, that is just an example of each country has her own culture. if you don't like the culture, that is fine for you to quit your job. not only a country has the unique culture, a company also. why you allow yourself to work with an organisation that is against your own value? (don't tell me unemployment rate is high that kind of BS argument)

anyway, you work for UAE, so you accepted the value of the UAE, then why you complain?
