For the lulz I joined a Blackrook hold dungeon in normal mode the other day and just chainpulled everything as we went along. Top DPS, top heals. Then when I stopped to let the healer catch up, the one dps shouted "go go go". The cheek.

At 849, you shouldn't even need the rest of the party

Created my DH as soon as I could, spent the pre-patch events as 100% Havoc, ended up falling in love with Vegeance at 104, only now spending AP on my Havoc weapon so I can kill that stupid Downfall mofo for the hidden skin...

Why?

I killed downfall as vengeance...

What spec are you jamming on your hunter?

MM + Lone Wolf can do some BIG numbers... I thought "but but my pet" but something I'm doing within the first 5 seconds of engaging an enemy is auto applying a Concussive Shot which provides me with enough time to 90%-0% whatever I have targeted

My rotation goes something like hard casting an Aimed shot>Windshot>Piercing Shot = same level normal enemy deded

If at this point [enemy] <> ded
Spam Arcane shot/auto shot until Marked Shot procs
Proceed to spam marked shot or 1x hard cast of Aimed shot

Kite where necessary

Hmmm I've heard that MM is doing the best DPS. I kinda like the BM thing of running with pets, but will see how it goes. It's pretty cool having matching pets and mounts, but of course that doesn't make you hit harder.

Btw, how are you guys on your transmogs? any interest?

My DK is kitted out in his starter gear and hidden artifact skin, my rogue in bloodfang S2 (minus the god damn shoulders that just WONT drop from chromey in 2 years despite dropping on alts) but I've kitted out my dwarf hunter in trailseeker greens and hid the shoulders and head so he looks like a normal Ironforge NPC with a standard hunter gun. I kinda like the non-over-the-top look.

Don't bloody joke...I even picked up Candrael's Charm (not like it's required )

I've done the 'leap off Highmountain - glide down to Felsoul Hold' over 10 times
I've bought gliders and done the 'Dala-Fishing-Island + gobbo glider to Downfall' at least 8 times

Every time I figured it was because I mucked up (accidently hitting fel-rush or vengeful retreat mostly to be fair)

I've always been under the impression that you have to be in X specialization if you want X item to drop...

I'm aware that he moves upwards slowly and that if you fall below half of his body height you drop instantly... I just can't get this right as Havoc >.<

Maybe let's stick with "F!OCU you scrub, git gud and l2p"

I'll have to find the imgur album I recently created with my DH transmog...

Default Warblades hidden skin + starter zone DH set (shoulders give off a fel glow) and the pale grey gear pieces matches my DH's tattoo colour scheme + Class Order Helm

I got the charm as a random drop, wasn't actually farming for it. Ran up and handed it in, flew out immediately and messed up the encounter.

Second try I figured out that you shouldn't actually be gliding around him, this breaks his mechanic and you fall through. Just glide down to just above him and drop. After that its like swimming in his little red cloud thing, similar to Alysrazor encounter.

Third try I downed him and had to go get my havoc glaive from bank just to use the appearance.

Yeah took me a good 4-5 attempts to figure out not to stay gliding when next to him

I've also learnt that the moment he stops 'spinning' you, you must Glide and he will make his way to you rather...

I've even had a few instances were I've fallen below him but hit glide just in time (not falling too far that he resets) for him to yank me back up

Furthest attempt was 57%... but we'll see how it goes in Vengeance this evening!

It works! I uninstalled and then deleted anything Bnet / WoW I could find on the lappy and downloaded the client again, reinstalled the 37gig again and it seems to work. No freezes, no hanging, 80+ fps on graphic setting 5.

I've slacked so badly...only completing the epic quality gear rewards + emissary quests so far

As far as I know it's a week long event ending at the 12th

Next planned event will be Legion Dungeons (I'm hoping this is a double AP event personally)

Ugh I'm getting so annoyed with the Loremaster one. All I need is 2 more surumar quests but they require me to raid and I'm not in a raid guild.

I've tanked NM in LFR and downed all 3 bosses, but I don't think I have access to any further...also I'm kinda stuck on 849 ilvl now and not getting aaaany upgrades from world bosses, mythics or raids.

What WAS fun though on my blood DK last night was when I rolled up at a WQ spot and saw 4 hordies jump a hunter. I laid down Death & Decay, group-coiled all 4 onto the same spot and we burnt them all down. It's such a new and cool feeling to be able to stand my own in PVP for a change. Shame the poor retadin tried to combat-horse away but I've got 2xDeath Grips unlocked in a pvp environment so I kept pulling him back. With 3m unbuffed hp I'm keen to see what happens after 7.1

Just bear in mind everything can titanforge up to 880 (at the moment - even mythic+10 rewards max out at 880)

I picked up an 880 titanforge item from winning my weekly 3s match! Not that it's any good stat wise (versa+mastery) for a Fury warrior... but it was a 50 ilvl upgrade

While the Artifact 'Balance of Power quest' skins are locked behind Normal+ raiding (you won't receive the quest item if you run LFR), Suramar quests have been confirmed by the devs to only require LFR

Boss 4-6 should be available this week surely?

Guess I'll be waiting until next reset to LFR Xavius for loremaster
