You've already got 2 (1 on DH and 1 on Dudu)! This was my very first drop at long last... and I got the PvP ring regardless, shiny statstick for mah Havoc spec that I don't play
Would have been nice to pick up the 15% leech lego ring as my first drop...
Since my warrior alt is similar aged (sitting on 8days /played at the moment), if the drop rates have indeed been buffed, I expect getting something nice when I do run emissaries again...

Sadly I've been reading that quite a few of these legendaries (e.g. my neck piece) are largely useless compared to other pieces, whereas others are an absolute must for pro raiders.

Did anyone else have issues (on their alts) with the Nightfallen Emissary yesterday?
My main (who's spearheaded my Broken Isles Pathfinder achievement) didn't have an issue as everything is unlocked
On both alts, admittedly still progressing through the Suramar storylines were stuck with 3 WQs permanently yesterday evening

So I finally got my first legendary. This is after hitting 110 on day 1 and doing Emissary quests since day 1 every day.
I got the Unholy DK belt which, according to Icy Veins, is the 3rd best legendary.

Anyone else getting DC'd with the error wow51900328? Last few days i have been getting major lag and no can't even connect. Tried different ISPs, pcs, reloading the game and even using alternate DNS. Sometimes i get as far as the character select screen but get disconnected a second later. Scanned the game files a couple times and no difference. This sucks as it literally happened the day after i just purchased more game time.
I got my ISP to 'refresh' my internet connection earlier this evening. Fixed all of the issues you have described

I've been getting weird random disconnects myself & sometimes when loading ie entering a dungeon it gets stuck 70% in. Only started yesterday.
