Chat to Dadghar at Dalaran's flight point, he should have a quest that sends you to the broken shore, which will unlock everything there for you.

Feel free to add us on our battletags if you want some advice or help in game.

Tyty!! I will do.

I did levitate and drop down onto Broken Shore. There were no quests except one I found under the water and now have to take the item to King Anduin. I think for now I will hold off on the Heroics and go and follow up on what you guys have said. This is my first character to get to 110 so pretty much fumbling my way through, so your advice is incredibly helpful.

Found this. I might be on this already; perhaps the first part, it does ring a bell. I'll have to check when I get home.

I am using Healbot atm which is awesome. I'll have a look at those others when I get home, just crazy day here in the office.

Edit: Ok I have to do the prerequisite quest Uniting The Isles. Just need friendly with Valarjar.

Just finished the Priest Class Hall quests. Spamming the world quests at the moment. Just from the advice you guys gave me I was able to go from 830 to 850 in one week. I don't play for gear though but for content, and the only way to see the end game content is through gear. Will stick to HC's for now. I would love to raid but it will not be pugs, not now, not ever. I've been down that road and I can't stomach the elitism.

Just started the Legion Fall quest line. I'm loving this content(quests) it's different and fun.

Glad you enjoying it!

There is a whole big questline (pathfinder part I & I) for you on your way to getting your flying :)

Anyway if you at 850 then go step into Mythic's. You past the HC point :)

Oh jeez.

I'm sure I've finished Pathfinder 2 already (Revered with Armies and explored Broken Shore, and completed the entire quest chain including getting my class mount), but only completed the Suramar quest chain yesterday for Pathfinder 1 (after having completed all others about 2 weeks ago). All other rep grinds require you to just ding Revered - to get the final chain in Suramar ("A change of seasons") you need 20000/21000, and with WQ's and EQ's as the only source of rep, it was a painful grind for a resubbing player. And of course feeding the junkies mana gives you 75 rep a pop, but again, only daily I think. Oh and that was all with the +50% rep buff.

All other reps are now revered, except for The Wardens (50% honoured). Again, I think the only way to grind rep appears to be WQ's, but read somewhere that you can also farm their dungeon for rep from the bosses (the name escapes me). Can anyone confirm?

So, my only advice is: just play the game as you go along. Don't try and grind out the achievement like I have in one go - it's just not possible anyway.

Still a little apprehensive to get into Mythics just yet. I have been doing LFR on Nighthold and out of there I got 2 Legendaries and my iLVL is now 880 +- (Can't equip both yet so making my way through the class hall upgrades)

I'm having fun doing the Pathfinder achievements. What awesome questlines!

Edit: For the record, this sneaking around Suramar city (Temple of Elune if you like) is great, except when you get caught :D

An Illusion? What are you Hiding!?

I found Suramar quite annoying in the early days of Legion as ilvl was quite low and so when you got discovered and attacked it could hurt quite a bit, whereas now with decent gear you can just obliterate everything (and then fly away into the rainbow) which is a style of play I agree with

Agree that the zone and the questlines are really epic I think they did a great job here.

If you are talking about dungeon mythics when you say you're feeling a bit apprehesnive then don't stress, the baseline mythic difficulty level is ironically quite easy, at 880 you will crush it. After you've been through a couple you can push yourself as hard as you feel comfortable with by going for higher and higher keys, but you are definintely (excessively) ready for a normal mythic dungeon. I would just add that if you pug then keep in mind a lot of players you pug with at this stage of the expansion will be pretty experienced in a particular instance so are likely to engage zerg mode.

Also they just upped the max level for crafted items to 900 so if you have enough obliterum / gold you can gain some ilvls easymode chop chop.

I haven't got any rep from running dungeons in this xpac that I can recall, except possibly a dungeon world quest? Regardless for Wardens just do WQs and especially the daily emmissary (spelling?) if it becomes avaiable - that alone rewards like 1300 rep or something. The 'WANTED:' world quests that aware Warden rep ten to have nicer other rewards as well if you are still chasing that sort of thing.

Yeah been spamming Warden WQ's but rep gain is slooooow. It's the Emissary Quest today, so that's an extra 1500. I'm at 81%, so fingers crossed!

Edit: several rep guides mentioned Violet Hold and Vault end bosses as given rep, but ran both yesterday and got zip, so I guess it was removed.

Got Pathfinder I & II today when I turned in The Wardens EC. Man that feels good!

Now to finish up Anglers for the waterstrider: 50% Revered... luckily I'm doing it on a Human.

If you have any timewalking badges, you can cash them in at the timeless isle for rep tokens with the anglers.

Used that to get my waterstrider in 1 week :D

Interesting - didn't know. Haven't bothered with angling at all but would love a waterstriding mount. Got tons of badges gathering dust.

Ow yes! It was so nice not going in NH and stepping into a new raid, ToS!

We don't even usually raid on Wednesdays but decided to step into Normal and check the raid out. Ended up doing the 9 Bosses on normal and then 2 on Heroic before going to bed.

And I found it a ton of fun. Most importantly the trash did not annoy me as much as NH, yay! and I feel some bosses can be really interesting on even Heroic and defo Mythic.

What did you guys think?

I quite enjoyed it. We did 4 bosses I think.

I have 2 tanks and 3 dps (only ever tanked in raids) but since our GL wanted to try his new tank I went on my new arcane mage. Rather enjoyed it playing DPS for a change.

I'm keen to read up a bit more about the boss fights, but it seemed fun.

I do however think that most players are overgeared for this raid as the bosses did drop much easier than NH normal when we first tried it. I guess as a natural progression from EM , ToV, NH and then ToS all in normal modes would make sense, but with everyone on NH heroic gear it seems softer.

How are you guys doing on the chromie and mage tower challenges?

Gotta give it to Blizz. 10 months in and still not content starved.

@Voicy

NH Normal was pretty damn easy also as I can remember, but again we where in EN Mythic gear then.

Regarding Mage Tower, I did it at the start, spent somewhere between 10-15 tries on it and have not thought about it again. Maybe it's an idea to try the the other specs?

Chromie I have not touched. I'll do it some weekend when I have the time and are bored :) Dead Gnomes are usually good Gnomes :p

Yep, I myself are still enjoying the game after I thought I'd never return :)

Aaahahaha!! Part of the Good Samaritan involves you going deep into the heart of Suramar and delivering 5 propoganda documents.

Dude I laughed, every time I hear it I'm like "Oh *** here we go"

Ok a serious note, I have 2 quests now for a Mythic, one a class hall, the other from the Nightfallen. Everything seems to be coming to a head now. Reaching close on Revered with all the factions, got a few major dungeon quests one of them in Nighthold itself.

I need to gather 100 Kurinaxx something resources. I also need to start gathering the final items to upgrade my staff to ilvl 960(I think?)

At the moment I'm on 40AK. The guild I'm in are starting ToS, I'm not ready though for that so will take your advice and start doing Mythics :)

Suramar is awesome yes my favorite zone now. I left WoW like 5 years ago out of sheer boredom and lack of content, all that has changed and it's actually enjoyable again. Some of the dailies are really fun too, catching squirrels, portal flying and the box puzzles, love things like that.

Howzit guys!

Ja enjoyed our first trip into ToS for sure. Was a bit slow as people were unfocused and getting lost and stuff (idiots) so we only managed 5 bosses. Looking forward to the rest of it - hopefully a clear tonight although I'm doubtful with some of the scrubs we carry.

Normal ToS definintely felt more easy mode than normal NH but then we were mostly in EN/ToV heroic gear when we started NH whereas we've got a decent amount of NH mythic gear this time around for ToS.
