anyone know anything about it? anyone got one? particularly, does anyone have one in Cape Town?

having endless problems getting ours to work down here.

I think you should speak to the people at Yebo Electronics/Telewave ?
I think they are/were into that sort of thing.
They're both located next to Brights hardware in Bellville/Boston Cape town.

Do you have to pay a monthly fee to use it? Been hearing some good things about it.

i have one - u have to align the satellite dish with the NW sky. and set the satellite to pick up afristsar 3 (i think)
i am in durban - been using worldspace for about 6 years now.

ATI - yep, you do. worth it, commercial-free music and you can select 40 stations i think. ranging from pop music (yuck) to more non-commercial stuff. works out at about R900 per year, about R80 per month.

Too bad they don't have Kiss100 anymore :( If they did I'd subscribe in a hearbeat.
