Hello MyBroadband

i Am Wondering if i would be able to run a Website on my Home Network?? my uplink is half a meg at the moment.
i know other sites use IMGUR and Google Drive for video hosting such as 9anime. if everything is hosted externally i know that i don't need 102.4 megabits uplink to run the website. Thank You

You can but depending on your traffic requirements half a meg upload is slow. Users will have a slow experience loading anything hosted on your web server.

You theoretically could if you don't mind slow response times and dont have a very big expected user base. Why would you want to though? What is making hosting a website from home more attractive than just using a service provider?
