I have 5 corporate customers that would take it immediately if available. Probably another 10 or so that would wait and see how it works.

One particular customer would take between 8 - 12 Starlinks initially and roll out more later.

US$85 for 1000Mbps - That speed looks like false marketing. Typical maximum download speeds are 100-300Mbps, and you would only get that if there are few users in your location. Upload speed is about 10% of that or 10-30Mbps.

If the state of the fibre industry goes down the tubes like most of the other industries in this country, then yes. But currently right now, we are content with the fibre service we currently have.

For $120 US or R2267.94 ZAR also known as monopoly money, I can get 1000Mbps down and 500Mbps up for R1249.00 Then I have R1k left to buy important stuff.

I am not sure if the R1869.00 is the right price then the kit goes for between R12k or R14k. But I would be happy with 250MbpsUp/down for R850 again from MetroFibre and save R12k on the kit if that is still the right price.
