Would you pay to download an MP3?

Apart from the fact that allofmp3 might not pay correct royalties to the artists, what is dodgy about them?

Correct royalties or any royalties whatsoever?

Tell me - whats the difference between them and downloading from a newsgroup or via BT? We're not in Russia so any licensing that might be legal there wouldnt necessarily be legal here.

Wonder what's going to happen after Sept 1st.
