Wouldnt it be cool for WoW

To release on the PS2 (or 3) or even the Xbox (seeing as it has so many updates it would need a harddrive)

I wouldn't mind playing this on a console via the internet like NFSU and stuff. What do you guys think?
 
I feel that the interface of WoW is way too mouse orientated to play well on only a controller.
 
Well, with the 2 analogue controllers and 12 buttons, I think it would do well. Besides, the mouse is very overrated... I play mostly with the keyboard

WOW needs to support DUAL Monitor setup :D Then it would be even COOLER than it is! :D
 
Yea, that would be awesome, I have a 17" lying around collecting dust (since my gf's PC broke (HDD Crash)), might as well use it
 
I have found a solution, run WOW in windowed mode, maxed full screen and then on the 2nd screen open browser to www.goblinworkshop.com it will do until Blizzard see's the light and supports dual screen! On a side note, I hate Tuesday's, no WOW due to server maintainance :(
 
If they can put Morrowind and Fable on the Xbox, and FF XI on the Playstation then they certainly can do so with WoW.

Now the catch is the keyboard, all MMORPGS generally consists of chatting in game by typing....i dont think a simple gamepad will solve that part.

Um... you do realize that each of those games you mentioned was designed with the specific console in mind from the get go?

It's a very different scenario when a game is designed to use a mouse interface. I'm not saying it can't work, it just would be a very radical change and a lot of "back to the drawing board" work for Blizzard. And to be honest, they have enough work cut out for them at the moment with the PC version in four different countries. I just don't see how they could justify taking resources out of fixing (let alone improving) the PC version to go off on a tangent with consoles...
