Haha, epic. My panda is only lvl 40 :( Loving levelling him. Mistweaver can do dps as well :D

Does anyone have a mistweaver here. Interested to know what talents/glyphs you chose. For instance, instead of Chi energy I chose Zen Sphere. Was that a good choice?

So far this is my favourite expansion.

Talent choices are more of a personal preference now. Zen Sphere allows you to have a AoE heal/damage on a target that moves with the target. Chi Sphere is a smart heal/damage that jumps between enemies and friends. I haven't checked Chi Burst yet, but it looks like it's meant to heal or damage everybody between you and the target, so it's useful when everybody's bunched up.

I'm playing Windwalker monk, and I prefer Chi Sphere. Just cast and watch the fireworks bounce between me and my target.

Although that's Blizzard's design goal, there are some cases where there is a best talent for your specialization. Take, for example, the third talent tier for paladins -- the choice is between Selfless Healer (improved Flash of Light), Eternal Flame (adds a HoT to Word of Glory) and Sacred Shield (absorbion shield). Holy paladins will likely choose between Selfless Healer and Eternal Flame, but retribution would probably pick Sacred Shield over the other two, and protection will always choose Sacred Shield.

That being said, for folks on progression content, talent/glyph choices should be seen as situational, not set in stone. Example on paladin tier 6: as prot, I'd mainly roll with Execution Sentence (some nice data coming out of Theck's simulations for it), but I'd swap it out for Light's Hammer and treat LH as a raid cooldown for encounters where that would make a difference (heroic Yor'sahj with red, yellow and black up would have been a great time to use LH if it had been available at the time).
