Hi
in case you were wondering it's "What The Actual Data F***" MTN?!
I'm getting blocking messages saying my data has been used. This happened end of last month, early this month as well. Yet when I check my balance *141*, I have all of 24 sms's and 600mb+ of data left. Granted, no airtime, but since I have so much data left, why would I need airtime to browse? Mmm?
And this is not just happening to me, obviously, another of my friends who are with MTN have had exactly the same issue.
So now I'm stuck with Wi-fi, which, if my home landline uncapped account with Axxess was working like it should - instead of seemingly being throttled until 11:00 at night (I am not a prolific downloader) with a resulting 2000+ m/s pings to Saix Capetown speedtest server (I live in Brackenfell) - it would have at least compensated for this crap. But then again, my Axxess account when speed tested shows MTN Business as my ISP for some reason.
Oh my giddy gawd, what a surprise.
Seriously this is the last straw.
Y'ello Vodacom.
