I agree 5 mins is acceptable for phone calls.
I must say that I've never had any issues with web africa. I just started with them and payed for my prepaid account via bank transfer. Knowing that bank transfer do take a while to go through and all I was expecting a bit of a wait. The account was queued for a day, the day after I paid at 9pm. The next day I decided, fine I don't wanna wait so long, I did after all send them proof of payment. I submitted a ticket on their web interface and got a reply within about 10 mins saying my account has been activated and they're sorry for the delay. I must say that i was suprised at their quick reply.
That is what I expect from each and every company that I do business with. I don't want to have to wait for days while they decide if they want to get back to me or not. If companies have problems with this, that's their issue, not mine and will not be receiving my money!
