I checked my speed as I do daily with Rodent's speed test:

Your current bandwidth reading is: 128.10kbps
which means you can download at 16.01 KB/sec. from our servers.

Huh?[:0]

But I can't test a http download cos I can't browse IS???

Tried some pings:
Resolving host 'www.sentech.co.za'
Pinging [66.18.65.115] x 4 with 32 bytes of data

Reply from 66.18.65.115 : bytes=32 : time=221 ms

Reply from 66.18.65.115 : bytes=32 : time=138 ms
Min=115 : Max=221 : Ave=148 ms : Packetloss = 0%

Ok so far so good...better than 150ms, the best since....oh F$ck the best EVER!

BUT:

Don't be too quick to lay the blame at IS's doorstep. It was actually a crossed circuit in Spain, and Hellkom took their own sweet time troubleshooting the problem.
