Bit of a necro, but instead of starting a new thread, I thought I would reply to this. Just ordered 2 items from them and can't be happier. I had some reservations due to there not being a lot of reviews about them (although those I could find were positive) but they were the only ones that had stock of an item I was looking for.
The first item was shipped and delivered on time. They contacted me regarding the 2nd item as they ran into issues with the item when quality checking it before shipping and asked if I would be happy replacing the item with the same but of a different colour. The second item was shipped via express courier (no cost to me) and arrived a day after the first item. Excellent customer service and the products were in pristine condition. Would definitely do business with them again.
