On my PS4 Pro I have an Indonesian account that I use for buying some games but primarily for the PlayStation Plus subscription. I paid R220 or so on promo for a whole year, and it wasn't even a big discount (20% I think). I don't even need to play on that account - as long as the machine is the primary one for the Indo account that's enough for all other users on the same machine to enjoy the multiplayer benefits and play any installed games. Purchases can be financed using vouchers or an Old Mutual card.

Not sure if you can do something similar on Xbox, but it's worth checking. Saves so much money. For R1k on Black Friday I got God of War, Detroit and 12 months of PS+. Indonesia is awesome.
