Redmi note 2 for R2500 at incredible connection. http://www.guzzle.co.za/specials/catalogue/16961/#view=single&page=2
getting rid of stock maybe for the incoming redmi note 3 ?
Redmi Note 3 pro is what you need to look atThe Redmi Note 3 isn't really much of an upgrade from what I can see. It even removes the memory card slot and removable battery. Spec wise it's the same CPU, RAM and screen.
I was looking at the Meizu and while I really liked the hardware home button, the look and UI did not wow me all that much.It the phone worth it at that price? Seems they're not sure if it will get Marshmallow. Specs seems the same or better than the Meizu m2 note.

My only issue is printingGuys if your apps are being killed after a while once your phone sleeps do this. Go to developers options if you dont have developers options then enable it. The go to memory optimisation and select OFF. Default is middle.
It was the most annoying thing of these devices for me.
What do you mean? Google could print works fine for me.My only issue is printing
I don't have Sennheisers but they seem OK.Anyone know what the audio quality is like on these cheaper devices?
I'm looking to keep my iPhone 5S and get something just to store a large volume of my iTunes music on, already have a 64gb micro SD lying around.
Plan is to use AirSync to sync iTunes to Android etc.
BUT I want to make sure the droid unit will play decently through my Sennheisers and the quality to be on par with the iPhone's onboard dac etc?

Maybe look on GSMarena, they usually have an audio test where they test frequency response of the different smartphones that could point you in the right direction
Audio output is a mixed bag
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 started off great in our audio quality test. When connected to an active external amplifier, the smartphone showed excellently high volume levels and perfectly clean output for one of the best showings out there.
Plug in a pair of headphones, however, and deterioration is quite severe. Volume dropped significantly and settled at just above average levels, while frequency response was no longer perfectly accurate. We also detected a fair amount of stereo crosstalk and some intermodulation distortion for a rather unimpressive showing here.
