Hi there, I've gotten a reply back from them.
They said that they'll be getting the Redmi Note 3 with the SD650 but only in 16/2GB ram, I'm not sure why though. As well as the Redmi 3 Pro with the SD616, 32/3GB ram model. They're also waiting to hear about the new Mi Band 2.

The problem with 16Gb is that the sim card slot and microsd is shared. So either dual sim or single sim with microsd.

I need at least 32gb and dual sim

If you mean the one with the Helio chip then yeah, but the one with the Snapdragon 650 is much, much better value for money as it performs almost as well as the 808 inside the G4, except for the GPU performance which is a little worse.

The one I got isn't really going to protect the phone from much. It is a thin piece of plastic. The yu cover is nice and thick.
