Add her fingerprint as well, that way your side of the argument will hold waterHaven't even tried it yet. My wife will find it suspect if I lock my phone. Will advise when I do

Get a slim case. It's silky soft but quite strong.Only issue I've encountered with the Note 2 so far is the back panel which could've been of a better durability. It's similar to my old S3. Battery life is not a train smash but as a high end smart phone a few extra hours would be awesome.
Basically sold and won't go back to Samsung/iPhone.
Will take the MiMax as soon as it's available.
Redmi Note 2Which phone do you have? The fingerprint unlock feels very natural, so now as I pick up the phone it unlocks
Sold out http://takealot.com/og/v1/PLID41678070 pre-order made this phone popular
@Imran, your findings on the fingerprint reader/button combo?
After bout 2 weeks of use, I can also report that the fingerprint scanner is excellent. I did a side by side comparison with the Iphone 6+, and the time it takes to unlock is pretty much identical.
Other things to note - so far the battery life is above what I expected. I am a heavy user - I use lots of battery intensive apps and GPS, and thus far, I haven't had a day where I had to charge mid day. Charging times with the factory charger and cable is also VERY fast.
Has anyone experienced LTE issues, specifically with MTN? I read on the web that the cheaper Redmi model was having some LTE issues on MTN. I thought this was odd as MTN have it listed in their brochure with LTE.
Looks like the one on the left.I'm a bit confused.... Is this Redmi 3 on takealot: http://www.takealot.com/xiaomi-redmi-3-32gb-lte-gold/PLID41678070 the PRO version on the RHS in this gsmarena comparison: http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone2=7863&idPhone1=7862&idPhone3=8007 ?
Redmi 3 is meant to be cheaper than the Redmi Note 3 .To me, the one on the right matches the spec and picture of the REDMI 3 on the Xiaomi ZA site: View attachment 381593
