Contact your bank credit card division ask them if your credit card is 3D enabled for online purchases if not they will have to enable it. If you bank with fnb you can do it online or at any fnb ATM machine with your credit csrf

Managed to get mine by first adding funds to my wallet and then scanning QR and pay from wallet. It didn't want to charge my CC directly. Strange..

Will do. I am so used to having ADH cover on my S5 - will need to be careful with the Xiaomi. At least it only cost 1/3 of the S5

I guess I will keep my Afrihost sim in micro format so I can move it to a mifi when needed and rather sim swap my TM micro sim to a nano and buy a Cell C starterpack in case I need to go back to my S5 with the TM sim...

Depends on which brand will fullfil your order. Example if you in cape Town it will come from a branch near you. If you impatient no harm calling them and quoting your incredible connection website order number to collect from a branch
Are you sure its shipped from the closest branch and not HQ?
HQ don't keep any stock! I contacted their call centre once and they informed me which store will process the ordrr
