Bought the 3 and it wouldn't download all the settings needed.....went back to Takealot.
Would try again if promised it would set up properly.

Redmi Note 3 user after a long line of Samsung S phones. Very very happy. Dual sim FTW

Maybe a dud.

Bought a Note 2 for my daughter. Games run well, big screen, updates works, fast and nice design.

Only bad part? Getting covers for the phone... (you know women with phone covers)

Not sure what the 4A variant is but it seems similar to the Prime. I prefer if they would just offer us the 64GB Redmi Note 4.

No bloatware in MIUI 8 and the OS is super aggressive with stopping apps from idling. I have never dropped below 400MB free on my Note 3
Meh my galaxy S6 is quite slow and laggish

Buy a tempered glass screen protector with this phone. It doesn't gorilla glass or anything that will protect screen.
