Yellow Chips????

Hi all!!

I need some help with my car. My paint started to chip-off and turn yellow, you can pick it off with your nail and I need some advice on how to fix this cheaply (not a respray-to much money )

Honestly, I think that you have to respray the car, because soon you'll have to deal with rust and body bulging. I could be wrong, I'm not too experienced about cars, I've only been an owner a week ago.

Yes, maybe you'll be lucky if a spot repair will help, but later on you'll end up re-spraying the car anyway. But even after a total respray a car is never ever the same. All the plastic fittings never ever fit the same again, to name just one.

Which body panel are the chips on? The only alternative if you do not want to respray the panel is to get some touch up paint and DIY the affected areas. Depending on the colour of the car, touching up may look even more untidy.
My suggestion would be to get it done professionaly though.
