does anyone know what company is rolling out fibre in the yellowwood park area i see lots of fibre and new manholes being installed going towards the crow area

please pm me of you know as there is no signage for the company thats doing it

I just started a thread similar to this for YWP. No one can tell me when Yellowwood Park will be getting fibre. East Coast Fibre cannot help either as they apparently didn't get enough support in that area (only 35 people I think). Does this mean we will never get fibre? The upload speeds are terrible on normal DSL services.
