that was his job ... and you wouldn't be so relieved and ecstatic about it if WBS solved your problem earlier than they did ... unless there really is something fishy going on between you and Mr. Green :))

Seriously, WBS's customer service is too bad. Can't they find at least 10 people like Shaun Green who can take decisions and actually help customers and put them in helpdesk/field positions? No wonder their helpdesk manager left - probably couldn't compromise his professional standards anymore.

I don’t disagree, he can maybe just try and give some incite on other questions. I realize he will need to take a year for all the crap there is, but he can try at least.

Would be interesting to hear shaun's comments about pay per byte post cap .....since we're on a positive note and all...

regardtv, it is still a rumour at this stage, so we cannot assume its real, we can discuss the hypothesis but we cannot talk about it like its definatley happening, and also if it were to happen the fact that it is only a rumour at this stage means that obviously Shaun wouldn't be able to disclose anything.

I don't realy care if he can disclose info on the pay per byte or not, I just hope he saw the bad publicity it's getting Iburst, and the fact that he's not responding just means it's being discussed.

not per se, shaun is a busy guy and can only respond sometimes and also as a representive of his company he doesnt have leeway to talk about stuff without prior permission, thats why his posts are always short when he does post, he's basically saying, "guys I am here, we are trying" and that sabout all he can say.

I don't think its an out of the park idea, it could very well be happening, but I think its irresponsible for us as hopefully intelligent consumers of the product to just hear a rumour and believe it just because its bad. Maybe its just me, I like facts :)

I'm all for it, I like to know he's here, just wishing for something more.
I must just say this, I don't like these type of facts jumping on me, I'm sure no one do, so rather tell the ppl what you’re planning, and take it as it comes. This is the only way to stop rumours.

The bandwidth manager seems to be on the blink as according to it I still have 3gb, also the last email report I recieved was on the 28th of last month in triplicate.

Am I wrong or is the manager tied in with the capping software and maybe they can't get it sorted out?

Ahh ok, I was just thinking that maybe because they could not get the bandwidth limit and capping software sorted out that maybe they decided to rather scrap it and drop the capped 64kbit
Then again as Slim said them dropping the 64kbit cap is still just a rumour so we just have to wait and see.
