South African cinema goers can now watch a movie on the big screen while eating a pizza, thanks to a partnership between Ster-Kinekor and Pizza Hut.

Never happened to me in 30 years. You do know that they clean the cinemas between showings, right?
In fact, our South African cinemas are cleaner than the American ones.

Also Imax Cinema > Home Cinema any day of the week.

I haven't tasted the Cinema Pizza hut, but the store bought pizza hut is not bad.

I have seen cinemas being cleaned, and still had to brush off popcorn from my seat before I could sit. I suppose this would differ from cinema to cinema.

Yeah its not the same as the store bought pizza hut. Its like a premade one that they just reheat and serve - its absolute garbage.

I've taken beer & pizza into a Prestige cinema.
I mean - I don't need to eat during a movie, but yoh...it is nice sitting on those recliners with decent picture & sound sipping a cold one.
