You can only order 5G once even if you cancelled

So I tried the 5G when it launched to the public in November 2019. I was on the edge of the coverage and I did not expect much but I believe it was worth a try. So as I expected we were unable to receive the needed speed to activate the 5G. A Rain tech came out and see if we can get better speed. That also did not work, and Rain took back the router and canceled the sim.

Now yesterday I saw that the coverage in PTA North improved quite a lot and decided that I will give the 5G another shot (no fibre and Telkom LTE is not very consistent). I contacted the support so make sure about a few things. Here I was told that I cannot order the 5G again as I already ordered 5G in the past and I must ask a family member or friend to order for me.

Now I understand that you cannot order a second 5G sim if you are already using the 5G. But I was not able to use it at all and thus cancelled it. And now I can only order on a different profile. This just seems weird.
So just to inform other people what cancelled and are waiting for improved coverage... you cannot order again on the same profile.

but you also cant link your ID number to another profile that is really strange and i accept but another 5g order that is a strange issue.
