I have a NowTV rebranded Roku 2 that's been sitting in a box for a year and it still works.

I almost went for this piece of ****, but luckily I mailed them and asked if I could use an app on it (don't remember which one) and I got denied. So I imported a cheaper one from Amazon. WIN.

Can plug USB drive and watch from simba share and YouTube other than that nothing else.

If it could load kodi or plex would have been nice

Its a sad story but not surprising if you follow the devastation the main CEO has left in his wake. Roll back a few years the CEO ( I will not name but a LinkedIn can ) started Plasma telecom and at that stage it was both in the TV space and in selling Cell phone contracts via Vodacom. I was a supplier to him and never got paid. Every excuse in the book. Then he started a venture in Africa and that failed, then it was Kwese sport which failed and now he is doing something with Viu.
