Yes we work on weekends and I normally work until 3 am every day ( been doing this for last 15 yrs)
your COD account is already opened and you should have already received an email from bongiwe@esquire.co.za this morning on the details of your account , once you get that, you can call or email a sales person for quotes or place orders , however to order Online you need to now register on the Online Ordering site with the details you were emailed by Bongiwe , once we get it and verify it, you will be activated to place orders online , but in the meantime you can place orders with any sales person telephonically or go to any Xpress shop to purchase , also note that you can used this account number in any branch as all branches are linked to central server , i.e. If you based in Gauteng and go on holiday to Cape town you can purchase from the at branch with the same account number ,so there is no need to opened up separate accounts in each region.

Thank you for the reply. I have checked my spam folders though and until this morning I have still not received an email, unfortunately.

Two Hours ago is still soon:erm: , All my staff were having KFC for Lunch on the house as we made target yesterday :D
give them some time to enjoy it .

Decided to give them time to finish their KFC :D Still haven't received any mail by now though :crying:

Yes seriously.You can say it's a privilege and I agree but how long must one still wait?Customer service comes first.

No, they owe you nothing. You don't even have to pay a fee for this privilege, yet you complain about it. Would you rather they don't give you an account and then you buy the products at a more expensive price?

Anyway, I was just trying to drive the point home that people should drop that sense of entitlement. Typical south africans.

@Grav80 I can see that your account was opened on the 18/11/2011 you can trade with our Cape town branch . speak to Graham or Treslin

I know we having some issues with Gmail accounts not getting through and busy sorting that out.

to all those that registered last week your accounts should be already opened for trade

Call one of the sales reps in your region and give them your Nick as that is your account name on the system

or you can PM me to check and I will reply with details

Just bear with us as it is extremely busy at the moment as we doing up to 150 applications per day
And there is no short cut method to speed up the process.

I registered with the online store on 12-Nov and have not heard anything, gmail account. I also can't seem to logon to the normal site as I don't recall ever receiving a username/password although I have received my account details.
