Have any of you tried Zang Caffeinated Chocolate? After seeing them in Pick n Pay stores everywhere I bit the bullet and purchased both a milk chocolate and dark chocolate to try. Being a fan of both chocolate and coffee, I was a bit hesitant, but the stuff is pretty good, and always happy to support a local brand.

They've also just launched Caffeinated Hot Chocolate, which I am definitely going to try. I checked on their social media and they are currently running a 20 percent discount on all products through their website using the code ZANGTOBER, giving the hot chocolate a go!

[X] Yes - It is ok.

However chocolate covered espresso beans are better. A lot better.

Been seeing this near the checkout for a while now, but never picked one up because...it looks vaguely Chinese.
Yeah, I know. My bad.

Their website says 'Each 36g bar has the equivalent amount of caffeine as a strong cup of coffee or 250 ml energy drink. '

Tried it- liked it. But then- it's chocolate. And I like chocolate.
Can't say that the caffeinated part did anything for me at all.

Useful for the the endurance athletes. That little boost to get you to the end.

Then again, athletes will buy anything.

only the weak minded?

No lol, caffeine makes you slow period. The pick me up you experience is your brain being brought out of the fog created by withdrawals. Fact.
