Websites you can access without data in South Africa

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) recently published new regulations stipulating that mobile operators must zero-rate content from public benefit organisations (PBOs). This adds to the list of zero-rated websites in South Africa.

The Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) maintains a list of zero-rated websites and those still waiting for approval from Icasa.

Just need someone to setup a proxy or vpn on a subdomain of a 0-rated domain with wildcards and we're sorted!

Useless amounts. Data should be so cheap you don't need a 300MB table scrap to make it through the month.

I can't even open afrihost app to load a bundle with their own apn:cautious:
Cell C zero rates their own site but then when you want to buy a bundle or airtime the first hurdle is recapcha. I don't know if this is still the case since I now make sure I always have some airtime left but going through the code there are API calls that fail.
