Plans, plans, plans, rinse repeat. Implementation, when? Can't take this lip licker seriously.
 
It's not like they gonna deliver on anything mentioned, check track record. How chops still vote for this biscuit I dunno...

Give him a break - those are big words to read out loud.

The highlight of the SONA was when Zuma announced an 'increase' of capacity at the docks from 60 million to 1 million and all his sycophants clapped loudly, right on cue before he corrected himself :erm:
 
The picture on the mainpage which leads you to here of Zuma made me laugh, he looks like Bill Cosbys brother, definately Zumas Cosby face.:)
