It just seems to go on and on and on! Do you think any of the money will be paid ever? Don't get me wrong: I love the rulings like this, but when has he ever paid (with his own money!)?

No he did not, if you knew the background to this you would understand that he could not just come into office and cancel the agreement. Ramaphosa played his cards well here, this is a political master plan that is coming together beautifully. There is no way Zuma can now make himself to be a victim of some political conspiracy by Ramaphosa as he usually does, when all of this is over he would have had his days in court and lost, Ramaphosa would have the court's decision behind him to act accordingly.

Nope, he acts on court decisions and recommendations from commissions of inquiries.

If he stopped it, the Zuma faction would have cried about factionalism. But with the backing of a court order, he can do it without any backlash...
