Zunaid actually made his money through property, and the Abagaleni group. However, they currently have R1,3bill worth of debt with Investec, and they are unable to pay their monthly interest payments.
The oke is in massive trouble, so much for spending money on the CCX

ya im bailing him out ...

EDIT: you know i never really read up on the men, and now I did ... wow ... quite ingenious the way he leverage's himself ... At 21 he bought himself a red Lamborghini Diablo ... makes me feel like an idiot paying for my stuff ... LOL. A very intelligent individual ... risky too ... problem is when you cant pay the R87M monthly repayments on your loan ...

Trust me, I don't think he is in the least bit worried wether he has R10 or R1.3bill of debt. Some people are simply not phased about money while others cannot sleep because they owe money on their credit cards.

acually maybe not ... The familys worth R3bn ...
What i have noticed with human behaviour is that they love when another human is suffering and hate it when they doing well. Wonder why esp when that other person has no impact on their lives what so ever

Adam, I would agree with you on that last point however as I said once before, there was talk in the nineties that he was involved in lets say "non-legal" ways of making money so I have no sympathy if thats true.
I read the Noseweek report last night, hectic.
I have a problem when these guys run around town flashing all they have yet they got it by criminal means.

I think if theres no proof you shouldnt judge.

There are always people who say things behind peoples back when others make alot of money, its human nature...

I know the family for many years they always had more than enough to get by, go to Polokwane and see how the rest of his family live, they loaded loaded!

His dad has always been wealthy, he was the first guy in SA to own a 850ci that was in the early 90s...

I also think Zunaid had to live an extravagant lifestyle, it was his business.

Its very rare to find a successful honest business person ... every time i get to know someone and think they are, i then find out they not ... so if he did, it would not surprise me ... its a shame really ... and this includes your big corporates, nothing very different from the Government fiascos, just that these guys hide and pay people very well to shut their mouths :)

The world is full of D1cks like this. Live off the sweat of others. I had a high flyer like this go belly up on me 5 years back. Also felt he needed things like this and lets just say these were also the tools of the conman. Owed me 500k, nearly ended up living with my inlaws. Took 4 years but got 40c to Rand from the estate. Worst part was the dog initially denied the debt and I had to prove it to the trustees of the estate.

I have subsequently become very careful when dealing with certain people even doing a bit of background checking. Let me tell u Old Indian People know things that would shock the CIA.:D

no scam or anything i can see ... its just plain and simple the man is in financial poo ... shame ... considering if the house market did not slump and if exotic cars did not depreciate the way they are these days he would have been ok ... he made some sound business decisions at the time that i would have also done but alas as luck would have it, the housing and car market did not favour him ...

He will bounce back up ... at 34 he is still young ...
