Ed Hall to leave iBurst

Ed Hall, Head of Customer Care at iBurst, has decided to leave the broadband provider.

“During Ed’s tenure iBurst was consistently ranked 1st in customer service polls and he added a truly human touch to our interactions with our customers.” said Alan Knott-Craig, Managing Director of iBurst.

Ed was instrumental in launching the iBurst’s 24/7 customer care call centre and took transparency to new heights with his regular customer care blog where any customer could raise any issue online and directly with Ed.

His last day at iBurst will be 16 March 2007.
