Sentech CEO stays on
Mokone-Matabane will hold the position of CEO for a further two years, with effect from 1 April 2006.
Sentech will be focusing on the strategy and implementation of FIFA’s needs for the 2010 Soccer World cup as well as putting plans in place for the migration from the current broadcasting signals to digital broadcasting signals.
Mokone-Matabane has also indicated that Sentech will try to increase their MyWireless footprint.
"We will also continue to seek funding for broadband wireless expansion and to focus our energy on growing our presence in Africa by investing in projects that embrace education through the delivery of information technology, resulting in social upliftment and economic transformation," Mokone-Matabane said.
