New local tech podcast launched
A new technology podcast named ‘Let’s Talk Geek’ hosted by Tim Haak – a techie with a love for anything Net related – has recently been launched.
Regular guests on the ‘Let’s Talk Geek’ podcast include Stewart Allen, Barry Reid and Jeff Hinds – all IT professionals with an in-depth knowledge of technology and networking.
To date two podcasts have been released, focusing on issues ranging from uncapped ADSL and IPTV to Wireless User Groups (WUGs) and how to get connected to a WUG.
The new ‘Let’s Talk Geek’ podcast compliments existing local technology podcasts like the ZA Tech Show hosted by Simon Dingle with mostly journalists as guests and The Digital Edge hosted by Saul Kropman and Jarred Cinman focusing on local online environment.
