rAge 2015 attracted 33,068 visitors over the three days it was held – a record number of attendants for the event.
The visitor numbers were up 6% compared to 2014, with those who made their way to the Tickerpro Dome getting to play unreleased games, try out the latest gaming hardware, and check out some incredible cosplay costumes.
The 53-hour NAG LAN saw 2,568 players taking on one another at the event, with 143TB of data downloaded and 46TB uploaded during the gaming session.
“Internet Solutions provided the 6.5Gbps connection, representing a 25% increase from 2014. HP and Intel provided the networking equipment and servers that sewed everything together,” said the event organisers.
