Tor Messenger – secure chat

A beta version of Tor Messenger has been released, offering a secure chat platform by sending traffic over the Tor network.

Tor Messenger is a cross-platform chat program based on Instantbird, an instant messaging client developed in the Mozilla community.

Tor Messenger supports a variety of transport networks, including Jabber (XMPP), IRC, Google Talk, Facebook Chat, Twitter, and Yahoo.

It enables Off-the-Record Messaging automatically, and has an easy-to-use graphical user interface localized into multiple languages.
