#ZumaMustFall marches planned for 4 different dates
Protests demanding the removal of Jacob Zuma as president of South Africa are being planned for at least 4 different dates.
Negative sentiments towards the President were reignited after he removed Nhlanhla Nene as the Minister of Finance and replaced him with David van Rooyen.
The rand’s value subsequently plummeted to new lows against foreign currencies, including briefly touching R16 to the US dollar.
Zuma’s actions sparked multiple #ZumaMustFall campaigns on Twitter and Facebook, with citizens organising several protest marches against the President.
