GovTech 2016 in photos
The Government Technology Conference, known as GovTech, took place at the Gallagher Convention Centre from 31 October to 2 November.
The theme of GovTech 2016 was ICT for Development, Access, and Growth, and the speakers explored the potential of technology in promoting public service delivery.
“As was demonstrated at this year’s GovTech, government has made major strides in adopting and deploying ICTs to improve service delivery,” said Setumo Mohapi, CEO of the State Information Technology Agency (SITA).
“While we are certainly moving forward, there is still much to be done and the conference highlighted what will be possible in the not-too-distant future.”
