Makro apologises for delayed Black Friday orders
Makro has sent an email to customers apologising for delays in processing online orders.
The mail states the following:
Thank you for placing an online order with us. We have received a large number of orders over the past week and, due to this, there may be a delay in getting your order processed.
We have expanded our fulfilment team and we are working hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
The mail comes after a huge Black Friday 2017 week in South Africa, which saw Makro run specials from 22- 26 November.
Makro Marketing and Ecommerce Director Andrew Stein told MyBroadband last week that online and in-store sales were extremely good, with TVs and large appliances popular.
