Google iPhone app gets huge redesign
Google has launched version 2.0 of its mobile searching app for the iPhone, which received a visual and functional overhaul.
The new app now allows users to easily swipe back and forth between various search results and previously viewed pages on their iPhone, it is also reported to be faster.
Users can also change their search categories, like web, images, videos and more, through a new menu item which appears at the bottom of the screen and lets users switch on-the-fly.
Voice support is also integrated into the app, which enables voice-commanded search options to be used.
The new version of the Google Search app is now available for download for iPhone.
