Tabane leaves Altron
Technology group Altron on Monday announced that its corporate affairs executive, Onkgopotse JJ Tabane, will be leaving the group to pursue his passion for political communications as Chief Information Officer and Head of Communications for the newly formed
Congress of the People (COPE).
Since joining Altron last November, Tabane has served as the chair of the Altron Group Transformation Committee where he was tasked with steering the group’s transformation and BBBEE programme among other responsibilities.
Tabane has made a significant contribution to certain key developments in the group such as the launch of Altron’s transformation policy Vision 2012 which has seen group companies setting their transformation targets for the next five years.
Tabane leaves the group effective from November 30 2008.
