Mafika is the Director of Finance and a Performance Leader at Deloitte Consulting and a well-regarded leader in the African financial services sector.
He has spent the bulk of his career at Deloitte, and he first began working with the company in 2010 as an Audit Senior.
Following this, he would serve as a Finance Transformation Manager and as a CFO Transition Lab Manager and Facilitator.
Mafika began working at Deloitte Consulting in 2013 as a Senior Consultant, a position he held for nearly seven years before being promoted to Associate Director in 2020.
After serving as an Associate Director for over 3 years, he assumed his current Director position at Deloitte Consulting in 2023.
Mafika is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA).
