Top 5 PS3 exclusives for 2009
The international gaming industry media is in the grip of a virtual frenzy, with various websites being rife with claims that 2009 will be the year of the PS3.
While both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 are fantastic consoles, we must admit that Sony does have some exiting exclusives lined up for 2009.
In a press release, Sony put forward five exclusive PS3 titles that they think will make 2009 the year of the PS3.
inFamous
Coming out in June, this sandbox super hero game gives players a chance to take on the role of a bicycle courier in a massive living city. Said bicycle courier happens to be able to manipulate electricity with his hands. A unique concept that if implemented correctly could lead to something special.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
The follow up to the PS3’s surprise hit of 2007, Uncharted 2, is shaping up to be one of the best looking console titles yet. If it manages to pull off what was achieved in the original, then Sony is definitely onto a winner.
Heavy Rain
There is not much tangible information available on Heavy Rain. Sony has marketed the game very cleverly, giving hardly any detail as to the actual nature of the gameplay, but rather choosing to focus on the cinematic experience.

“Massive Action Game” is a multiplayer game that will allow up to 256 players to participate on a single multiplayer map at the same time.
God of War III
We predict that God of War III will outsell every other PS3 title to date when it is eventually released. Based on the information and screenshots available, God of War III is shaping up very nicely.
