New MTN Prestige Plus contract launched
MTN announced a new high-end contract package for R1,799/month, MTN Prestige Plus, in a press release on Thursday, 18 December 2013.
The contract offers 2,500 AnyTime any network minutes, 2000 SMS messages (also anytime, any network), and 2GB data.
In addition to the elements expected from a contract package, MTN has also announced the inclusion of airport lounge access, “Smartphone Plus” repairs, and priority support from the MTN Call Centre.
Customers on this package qualify for 8 annual visits to local and international airport lounges. MTN’s website said that some of the airports with lounges that are included in the deal are:
- OR Tambo (JHB) Domestic and International
- CPT Int Airport – Domestic and International
- KZN (King Shaka)
- East London
- Port Elizabeth
- George
As with most other contract deals, MTN Prestige Plus also includes a phone, with the iPhone 5s and 5c, Samsung Galaxy S4, BlackBerry Z10 and Q10, and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 listed on the deal.
